PO Change Orders

This program in the PO module should be used to adjust PO quantities or amounts needed to be changed on any specific PO line item. I.E Back orders or cancelled orders may create a need to adjust a PO. PO Change Orders would be the appropriate place to do so. Once the adjustment is made and the batch is closed the Purchase Order should be reprinted and attached to the original PO.
This program will allow a user to adjust the PO at any given time regardless if the PO was created in a previous month that has already been closed.
