Monthly Utilization Report Empty Monthly Utilization Report

We have a certified payroll project that requires the submittal of the Monthly Utilization Report. VP has the report, under Payroll/Reports, but it is incomplete. The totals for the number of minority employees, breakdown of Female and Male and total employees are not being added to the report.
